Tubie Talks | Tube Feeding Advice from Moms

Entering the world of tube feeding can be both scary and exciting. Whether you are embarking on this journey for yourself or helping a loved one, it is comforting to know that you are not alone. There are many families who have been in your position and want to help you out. After moving forward with a feeding tube placement, it is normal to have questions and concerns; therefore, receiving tube feeding advice from parents who have been through the same process is extremely valuable and reassuring.

Sentido Health was honored to celebrate Tube Feeding Awareness Week by sharing some of our tubie patients’ inspiring stories and precious pictures. While reaching out to these families, we also asked the parents and caregivers to share their advice for others who might be new to tube feeding. These parents jumped at the opportunity by responding with their best helpful hints and words of encouragement. Sentido is beyond excited to share their responses and hopes this tube feeding advice will help those who are just starting out.
